Caity assists families and small businesses with estate planning and estate and trust administration.

Caity's practice focuses on estate planning and administration, particularly for families with agricultural backgrounds. Caity grew up on a working cattle ranch in Wilsall, Montana. After college, Caity spent two years of volunteer corps service in South Africa and Chicago before returning to Montana for law school. Before joining the firm, Caity worked as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Justice Jim Rice at the Montana Supreme Court and later worked as an estate planning attorney with the Josephson Law Firm in Big Timber. Caity still helps out on the family ranch on the weekends, hikes the Crazies, bakes cakes, and attends live theater events whenever she gets the chance.
