Emily represents businesses and individuals in commercial and general litigation matters.
Emily was born and raised in Glendive. After law school, Emily was a law clerk to Honorable Sidney R. Thomas, Chief Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Before joining the firm, Emily worked for large national and regional law firms, where she handled complex litigation matters. Most recently, Emily was General Counsel at Kampgrounds of America, Inc. (“KOA”), the world’s largest system of privately owned campgrounds.
Emily represents businesses and individuals in business litigation matters, including those arising from contract, shareholder, financial, insurance, intellectual property, and employment disputes.
