Daniel represents businesses and individuals in commercial and employment litigation matters.
Daniel grew up in Billings and graduated from Carroll College and the University of North Dakota School of Law. Before joining the firm, Daniel worked as a Law Clerk for Honorable Jessica T. Fehr, Thirteenth Judicial District Court, in Billings.
Daniel’s practice focuses on all aspects of business litigation, including shareholder disputes, creditor rights, real estate and construction litigation, and employment disputes.
