For 20 years, Mike has served as a trusted corporation finance and transactional law counselor to companies of all sizes in a number of industries, including banking, transportation, oil and gas, and health care, among others. In the merger and acquisition context, Mike concentrates his practice on the purchase, sale, and financing of businesses. Mike represents numerous lenders in connection with commercial financing. Mike also represents buyers and sellers in connection with the purchase and sale of significant commercial and residential real property.
